Our Services and Where We Work

As a local photography company, we take pride in being available to shoot your properties quickly and efficiently. We shoot still and HDR images. You will receive your images via e-mail in one megapixel format, (1,280 pixels wide) which are ideal for web, MLS and small-colour print. A larger set is sent via Dropbox or Google Drive. We shoot video, which can be streamed via Youtube or Vimeo, or sent via Dropbox or Google Drive so you can add to your own social media account.

• Normal shoot (up to 45 minutes on site): $110 plus any travel fee
• Aerial photography can be ordered as an add-on to a photo shoot at additional fee
• Hourly rate: $150 plus any travel fee
• Night Shoot rate: starting at $150 plus any travel fee
• Sunday Shoot: Additonal $40 fee
• Video: please inquire

Main Areas of Operation

We are based on Vancouver's North Shore where photo shoots start at only $110.00! Our main areas of operation are:

• North and West Vancouver
• Vancouver including UBC
• Most of Burnaby
• Other Lower Mainland See for any additional fees

We service most parts of the Lower Mainland at additional expense. They include:

• Bowen Island: + $45.00
• Lions Bay: + $15.00
• Squamish: + $30.00
• East and South Burnaby, New Westminster: + $10.00
• Queensborough: + $15.00
• Richmond: + $15.00
• Port Moody and Coquitlam: + $15.00
• Westwood Plateau and Port Coquitlam: + $15.00
• Ridge/Meadows: + $30.00
• Surrey, Langley, North Delta and White Rock: + $30.00
• Gibsons and Sunshine Coast - call for details

For North Shore Clients

For properties that are essentially land value, we can come out and shoot front or view photos. West Vancouver to Caulfeild, North Vancouver excluding Indian Arm and north of Indian River. $40 and up.
